It may be true coz.. It is doubtless that they don't pay attention towards teacher as much as forst benchers..
But their brain is not at one place... their thinking level is much more heigher than the front benchers..

Yes I agree. For example albert einstein was very naughty in his childhood but later he was not, he become one of the greatest scientist.
