Yes, Prince of Morocco standed as a fair chance as the other suitor because he too like other men, was a man. He also proved his point by saying about his colour of blood. He said he may have a dark complexion unlike others, but he would bleed red blood as any other man.

Yes , it is correct to say that Prince of Morocco stands as fair as chance as other suitors. Portia's father had mentioned in the lottery of caskets that Portia can't choose her wooer of her own but the suitor who would choose the correct casket would marry her . It would not matter whether Portia likes the suitor or not . It's just the game of chance .Her father was a witty man who wanted that his daughter should be married to the true lover of hers .
