Do you agree with the statement "All ores are minerals but all minerals need not be ores?" Why?

it is because metal cannot be extreacted from mineral in a convenient way
Eg:- Aluminium metal is found in both mineral -
clay and bauxite.
But aluminium is extracted only from bauxite in a convenient way . So bauxite is not
ore of aluminium
