Yes it is possible to make a triangle xyz by y=90, z=75 and xy+yz+zx=11.5cm because we can exclude the value of third side x from xy+yz+zx=11.5 by
90x+90×75+75x=11.5
165x+6750=11.5
x=-6738.5/165=-40.8cm
90x+90×75+75x=11.5
