Answer:

I thought I achieved “corporeal” immortality (meaning immortality with this physical body, not just an immortal soul) about 13 years ago, but it's seems I've given it up (at least for now). I'll explain…and prepare yourself to think me crazy or have a complete shift in perspective about the human condition.

I was conceived on LSD, had a very traumatic childhood, abandoned at 6 and was eventually adopted at 9 years old into a hardcore evangelical home. I've also been meditating since I was a child, explored indigenous belief systems, lived in the jungle and had 3 near death experiences.

I mention these for two reasons. The first is to give an out for anyone disinclined to believe what I'm about to say. Just chalk it up to crazy (in a world gone crazy, only the crazy are sane) The second is to help you see that no single reference for reality conditioned my life. My belief structures are far more pliable than anyone I've ever known. This has given me the freedom to explore reality in ways most cant conceive of…albeit extremely difficult for me to share because it transcends frameworks people use for comprehension…but I've had over a decade of practice.

Ok, so how did it happen?

13 years ago, my wife was pregnant with our first born. I was struggling very hard with the idea of bringing a child into this world the way it was.

Something very VERY deep inside me became resolute to change it…yes change the world. I started sitting in meditation for several hours a day when it occurred to me…
