Yes, all human beings are the same everywhere, with a few differences. People may have different colour, caste, creed, religion or faith. Despite all these differences, they have similar characteristics, emotions ,feelings, etc. The earth on which they live is the same. It provides to everybody alike, all its resources- air, water, sunlight, food, minerals. Everybody on this earth prospers during peace and suffers hardships during war. There is much in common between different races of the world.
