I don't agree that a teacher without knowledge of psychology is incomplete. Even psychology is an infant student. There are so many things that psychology cannot answer. For instance, psychology is a science and science haven't explored even 10% of our oceans. A teacher can teach well with common sense and experiences of life, A teacher cannot give what he or she don't have. So they must have a dedication to learn and to teach.
