No the second verb isn't conjugated in passé composé. Only the auxillary verb (être/avoir) according to the subject whereas the main verb is not conjugated according to subject.
For example- parler(to speak)
J'ai parlé
Here I've conugated only the auxillary verb (avoir) and parlé is past participle of parler.
