A leader is an individual who provides people with a sense of purpose and inspiration and has a vision and knows how to get there. A leader also provides their team with the resources and gives them the proper encouragement they need to succeed.

• I would say that I'm on the way to becoming a good leader.
• I do have some true leadership qualities but mainly I'm polishing all other attributes of becoming a leader.
• An effective leader recognizes what it's going to take to achieve their team's objectives and has a common vision that is in line with their fundamental beliefs.
• They lead, manage, and encourage their teams to work imaginatively and self-assuredly toward that common goal.
• A leader gives their team members the knowledge they need to embrace their individual leadership traits and act with passion and independence.
• Additionally, they encourage and motivate their teams to continue making long-term development and showing enthusiasm for reaching their goals.
