Yes I did observed dew..
Dew is water in the form of droplets that appears on thin, exposed objects in the morning or evening due to condensation. As the exposed surface cools by radiating its heat, atmospheric moisture condenses at a rate greater than that at which it can evaporate, resulting in the formation of water droplets.

Yes, I do observe dew often on the grass.
Explanation:
- The process of dew formation is called condensation. As the temperature drops, the object also cools down thereby cooling the air around it. As the air cools down it becomes less effective in holding the water vapours present in the atmosphere.
- This process eventually forces the water vapour surrounding the object to condense and small water droplets get visible in the form of dew. They can be mostly observed at night as the temperature cools down. However certain condition like moisture presence, humidity, rainfall also plays a major role in the dew formation process.
