Hi,
=======:
Here is your answer,
=======:
Intensity of light is one of the factors which affect the rate of photosynthesis.
We can do because, As the light intensity is increased, the rate of phosynthesis increases almost linearly. At higher light intensity, the rate of photosynthesis become limiting.
Additional information --
Nature of light, Carbon-dioxide, Temperature also affect the intensity of light.
