Hi,

Gender Discrimination exists in our society?

Answer: Yes and No.

Yeah Yes and No both. Gender Discrimination is never ending thought it is improving day by day year by year but it is never ending.

Gender Discrimination is about about way of seeing things and that's differ person to person.

Now a days women work as same as men in all sectors but still women faces work and family responsibilities too. Like we have evolved but still we think that women has to be take care of House whether she's working or not and that's every working women dilemma.

We need equality they say because women are same as men... But its not true actually women are better than men. They are focused. They take responsibility. We have to see women not same as men but as a better then men.

You can see gender discrimination in our society. Working women too face inequality in promotions and Appraisal and we hear that often.

Thank you.
