bcz our stomach has filled with food if we will not eat food in any time then,have about to many problems face as like headache,many people can't tolerate their hungerness..So,this happens very irritate and feel uncomfortable.

if they eat comfortably they do not feel hungryness and some of them has to office they have much tired so they fell not good and after eating something then fell good ...
