No not all living beings need or eat the same food.For instance herbivorous animals eat grass whereas carnivorous animals eat flesh.

Herbivores animals like rabbits eat leaves , carnivores animals like tiger eat flesh and omnivores animals like human eat vegatables as well as flesh .(humans are categorised as omnivores no matter if they are not animals )
