Do you know of any association in your village or town' which discusses problems faced by all the people (not Just of one caste or community)? What do they discuss? Wha suggestions do they have for solving those problems? Discuss some examples in the class.

Quality of education is not so good, technically it impact on every aspect of life in village be it moral, etiquette, development.
Confined thought in most cases, they tend to think village as entire world, consequently competition seems very narrow to them. Lack of competing nature with others, result less development.
Over socialised- they are more concerned for what's going on in others life than their own.
People with low IQ level is well known orator and influencer in most the cases.
When they go outside of their village for job, they don't belong to their village nor to native place currently they are, due to excessive love with village, result poor planing for their future.
