Do you know that chips manufacturers usually flush bags of chips with gas such as nitrogen to prevent the chips from getting oxidised ?

yah its true that manufacturers do so to protect the chips from oxidizing

They do so because the nitrogen helps the chips from getting oxidised and it is not only in chips packets it is also used in the packets other eatable things.
