EFFECT-Effect means change; if a body get change in their physical or mental stucture weather it is good or bad.
WHILE
AFFECT- AFFECT MEANS BAD CHANGE; if a body get bad change in its body or mind. it is called affect.

effect means the result or outcome of something whereas affect means the change or how is it influenced with something .
