Any one doesn't like same taste all like different taste because when we eat same thing we can't eat it whole day or whole life.

As this is a question based on personal choice, I personally like different tastes. These different tastes excite the different taste buds of the tongue and give us an amazing feeling and treat our brain.

The sweet taste is perceived by the tip of the tongue, whereas the sour and salty are perceived by the sides of the tongue and bitter is perceived by the end of the tongue. Chilli is not actually a taste, its irritation of the taste buds. All these tastes at a time make us feel great and give an amazing experience.
