I strongly believe we need BIG change in current education system.
The level of competitive spirit among the kids being raised high and running in the race rather missing the small things like identifying the inner skill or interest among kids.
To start from pre primary the stage to slowly learn and enjoy is being overloaded with multiple activities to parents and also kids and finally GOD knows what kids are benefited but the schools and stationariy business benifited.
HIGH SCHOOL: they are supposed to master the basics in all subjects.here they are pre influenced by the surroundings about the career after high school and loaded to plan with achieve their admission in reputed INTERMEDIATE.
The word influence is so powerfull most of us only compare our neighbor did computer engg and got job in MNC.
But people who do home work before choosing their branch?
That is how he must live with branch(what kind of job opportunities , roles and responsibilities as the career grows),then he will truly understand his area of interest.
At any level neither the system or people part of system are interested in showing the importance of this.
Now the communication machanisim has grown soooo much that youngsters are introduced with N number of skills out of which he can choose his interest and master.
This mastering mechanisim should begin from X1 standard I mean to say they must stopped with more of study exam competion and make them concentrate on practical expertise which make them capable of handling own mini projects.
I mean to say the education system should be able to release the skilled professionals rather than the professionals with theoretical knowledge.
