Hypermetropia is a disease where we become long -sighted. The image of a nearby object is formed behind the retina causing objects which are close up to appear blurred. It occurs during old age.

hypermetropia is that defect of vision due to which a person cannot see the nearby objects clearly ,(though he can see the distant objects clearly).
