Well , there are in all 30 han rights. However , it is not neccessary to obey them in some cases. For eg, Holding arms in USA is an over exaggeration of human rights. So , the laws should be strict enough and have certain limits. Another example is of inter-cate marriages which are accepyed by our Constiitution but some socities are against it..

As you know..
our constitution is written in 19th century
based on the undertaking situation of our country at that time..
But now our society changed and improved mostly.. which shows growth in all. sectors leading to economic development
way of standard of living
so..,
now new rights has to come...
the recent which was added to our constitution was right to information act 2005..
so according to time want and needs
the constitution will be amended and new rights has to come for welfare of people

No if we get more rights than we would not take care of fundamental duties
