Do you support the idea that SILENCE MEANS YES in custodial investigation? yes or no? and why?

silence is a right given to every criminal or person in investigation. This is known as right to silence.

but in the law there is nothing that proves that if a person is silent then the answer is yes.

he/ she has to speak whether the question of accusation on him/ her is yes/ no.

therefore the above line is not true.
