Yes, all countries have their own Constitution because it is impossible to run all the countries of the world by a single Constitution.
Constitution in general is the set of rule that governs the distribution of power and it's execution.
A well written and strong Constitution directly implies to the strength of the particular country.
As people differ from country to country and so thus their thinking, the same set of rules and regulations or we can say that the same laws cannot be used everywhere.
