Do you think being born as a Kshatriya was important in order to become a ruler during this period?

no it wasn't important because their was onemore caste upper than kshatriya

No, defenitely not. During olden times discrimination based on caste, creed, race, sex, colour, gender prevailed.&Kshatriya was a upper caste.

But now our Indian constitution states that no citizen can be disciminated on any of the above mentioned basis & all it's citizen should be treated equally(Article 14 of the constitution--Equality)

So if u want to rule now just contest in the election if u r above 18 years
