Lions do not migrate normally, the pride stakes out a territory and hunts within that territory, Wolves in some parts of the world however often do migrate, they follow the caribou herds as they migrate.

Whether predators migrate depends on the year round availability of prey animals, if the prey migrates then the predators will.

Answer:

The migration of carnivores differ widely from that of herbivores and is controlled by many other factors other than lack of prey.

Carnivores, especially lions that you have mentioned, live and control certain specific regions of the land. The lion prides can hunt prey comfortably in the area where they have control.

If lions from one pride intrude in another pride's land, conflict can arise if they are noticed.

Therefore, most often than not, lions do not migrate and only rely on the little food that is left in their territory for survival until the prey move back to their lands.

On, the other hand, there are carnivores that have been documented to migrate along with the herds of their prey. The examples of such carnivores include wolves and lynx.
