no. even though it gives power to every student one by one, but not at the same time.

power sharing means division of power , but herein the leader is changed but the power is not divided.

Changing monitor in the class is not the process of power sharing but it is the process of giving opportunity to the another person for the same power and position

Just like PM change in every five years and another person enjoy the same power if he wins
