Do you think civil engineering is a challenging job.why

Yes, Civil Engineer has a lot of challenges.

In India ,

No proper work timing, one day you come by 8 in the morning the other day you come by 5 in the morning or in some cases you will be there throughout.
Getting to site execution work ,you will wait for the day you would use your fluid mechanics and soil mechanics formulas. unless you get to design some small work.
Generally getting project on your home town is very difficult, personal life time allocation will be difficult. No holidays.
On work area , If your manager or senior doesn't support, it will be difficult for site management.
Then ,the main, local goons problem, your are forced to do some work with poor quality or with less self satisfaction.
Must have flexibility of languages.
You must not have fear of working in heights, your life tangles on single rope ..
You will get used to work when the sun will smile at you during the month of May ,your safety helmet is your sun screen.
Like other sectors , No proper job security.
You will get to see different type of construction ,no same type of projects one you will work for client of IT company,then some infrastructure project or industrial project.
