Generally getting project on your home town is very difficult, personal life time allocation will be difficult. ... You will get to see different type of construction ,no same type of projects one you will work for client of IT company,then some infrastructure project or industrial project.

unless you get to design some small work. Generally getting project on your home town is very difficult, personal life time allocation will be difficult. No holidays. On work area , If your manager or senior doesn't support, it will be difficult for site management.
