Computer languages do not evolve, although one of our slogans for C++, coined by Bjarne or Andy Koenig, I don't recall, was C++: Evolution, not Revolution.

Yup day to day changes in the teachnology ensures that computer has evolved...
We can also say that laptop is an evolved version of computers. .
