Answer:The Constitution is supreme and all organs of the state derive power, authority and jurisdiction from it; yet, it is living, organic and dynamic and must grow with the nation. Therefore, its provisions should be construed broadly and liberally.

Indian constitution is both static and dynamic in nature. According to constitutional provisions, using article 368 parliament is having the power to amend several parts of constitution showing dynamic nature. However after the Kesavananda Bharati case, which conflicts with or seeks to alter this basic structure of the Constitution
