All these can not be maintained by one person, if so then what will bethe purpose of accounting? the purpose of accounting is to ensure that there is a lot of genuineness and integrity for any accountability procedures, if all these tasks are left to one person the accounting information may be biased. NOTE that this tasks can be done by one person but for integrity purposes NO!
