It is completely relative to a person's view,because Gandhiji followed non violent principles whereas on the other hand people like Subhash Bose,Chittaranjan they followed the violent principles and according to them Just because a couple of countrymen had misbehaved by setting fire to a police station as a reaction to unjustful firing by the Police to the peaceful picketing of liquor ,a great movement such as Non cooperation movement should not have been called off,in my view the response of the Indians to the police was perfectly correct and justful and it cannot be treated as a reason for calling off such a grand nationalistic movement like Non Cooperation.
