Globalization has impacted nearly every aspect of modern life. it is important to know that globalization is a mechanism and not a destination. The mechanism is not currently working in the interests of the many because most markets and multinationals, including developed ones, are still working as if they are locked inside a world in which only they and their shareholders exist or matter. For globalization to really work we need to completely disrupt these old business models and replace them with sustainable New Economy models.
