Yes maybe because every single thing is not necessary for the kids to know they are usuall cocky but innocent at the same time revealing the grown ups secret and putting them into big troubles.Kids generally ask weird and awkward questions while sharing their thoughts which is not necessarily important or significant(like how are babies born, asks one kid to his dad or sister in a mass)
No because the kids too have their own feeling their characters their rights which must be addressed. Being a responsible person a grown up must address him the right way so that the kid is satisfied to his best. The kids too though innocent questions might gain knowledge through the no dismissal of something {answering the question asked above in a staright foeward way)
