the Indian Constitution recognises the principles of equality and grands equal rights to all. It prohibits discrimination on ground of religion,caste, Creed and sex . It spite of all these measures inequality still prevails in our country. poverty and lack of sources are the main factors why some people are forced to accept terms and conditions below the level of the quality sometimes people are not treated equally on the ground of religion, caste or sex . religious ,cast ,linguistic and gender identities of the people become Grounds of discrimination
