do you think it is a good idea to export food grains and earn small income when a large section of people with in the country are not able to access foodgrains​

Armenia is considered one of the most self sufficient countries in the world. It produces almost everything that they consume. The only 2 commodities that they import more of is wheat from Russia & the Ukraine, and sugar.
