They too have dreams and ambitions like any other and for them to be treated differently or excluded from certain privileges that are enjoyed by the others is certainly not fair. The company could negotiate certain terms and conditions with the so called person to take care of his health issue and to be vigilant about its spread to others and the company to have the right to fire him in case of any other employee of the company becomes HIV Positive because of him/her
