actually no it's not possible to lose weight and stay physically fit without receiving proper nutrition for staying fit you need proper nutrition and even it is proven by to WHO that for staying fit you need proper nutrition
these are some foods which are basic for proper nutrition in your daily diet :
1) at least 2 to chapatis
2) rice
3) purses
4) vegetables
5) and a dessert
