Do you think it may be specially hard for children at youngb age to learn to obey rules and observe some discipline?

Yes. because when our age increases our opportunities also increases nd also we have considered as a talented person we should not have to obey rules while our age increases that time only our maturity increases and then we automatically know what to and what not to do.

Yes at young age it's difficult for children to learn and obey rules, regulations and discipline as at these times they only start to learn things.But if they see or observe their elder ones obeying and in discipline they also learn.At young their minds are very pure if someone show something wrong in behaviour they also do the same.So it's the duty of the elders to take very much care in caring and making them learn things.
