it is a rare autosomal recessive disorder which is basically related with defect in cilliary movements. And cillia is present in our bronchioles ,trachea,fallopian tube in females, vasa deferans in males which does not mean that affected person is not able to produce gametes. The main problem is the transfer of gametes which leads to infertility.
