Yes. It will improve my experience and knowledge. Being an experienced shoemaker improves my efficiency at work and it can also upgrade the qualities of my shoes. The experiences can also give me inspiration which can help me to be innovative with the designs. While making shoes, the first thing that would come to my mind is the result of the product; the satisfaction of the costumers once they receive the item.
