they may be trouble creators, sometime and troubleshooters also but most of them are trouble creators , because when people migrate from one place to another place their culture and traditionmay be entirely different from the other citizens and people, childrenswould behave like animals in peaceful places, day through the things in clean surroundings, their behaviour may be different from the adoption show the disturb the habitability of the places.
