No, Mr keesing is not a strict teacher because Anne is very talkative girl in a class and Mr kessing is annoying their nature of talking and as a punishment giving to her homework to write a letter on chatter box and she give answer of their talking nature in funny way and Mr kessing doesn't tell anything to her and lastly their understand and after he not tell Anne for stop talking.
