Shifting of the Capital

When he shifted his capital from Delhi to daulatabad in 1327, he ordered the entire population of Delhi to shift to the daulatabad and after 2 years he ordered again the people of daulatabad to return to Delhi which cause great hardship to the people and they suffered a lot.
