The justice for the tribal peoples towards advancement through pathways which assert their independence and honor as placed in Article 21 and under Schedules, V and VI of the Indian Constitution, is oftentimes seen as the core of Adivasi rights. But only granting rights cannot bring about a positive change in the lives of the dalits and the Adivasis because social acceptance plays foremost role in bringing positive change.
It is necessary that majority of population should mutually and socially accept the deprived classes. Laws can definitely bring the positive change but alone making laws is not sufficient, implementing such laws also plays crucial stage because it is necessary that upper class should also understand the significance of such rules and jointly help government to bring equality among all the classes.

Explanation:
In my opinion laws can bring positive change but it is not the only way to bring positive changes in their lives.
It is necessary that majority of population should mutually and socially accept the deprived classes. Laws
can definitely bring the positive change but alone making laws is not sufficient, implementing such laws also
plays crucial stage because it is necessary that upper class should also understand the significance of such rules
and jointly help government to bring equality among all the classes. The important measures taken are:
(ii) Protection from social injustice and various forms of exploitation, (iii) Throwing open to them religious
institutions of public character, (iv) Removal of restrictions on their access to wells, tanks, shops, restaurants
and road lastly i want to conclude that there are many more ways to bring positive changes, the making of the law is
not only the way to do so.
