Do you think Panchayats are effective in villages? Which other alternative system on government can work in villages

like now ward members or chairman of ward can take care of it.Or under municipal committee it can be undertaken.where do you live in

Yes, Panchayats are more effective in rural areas because the peoples in rural areas are mostly uneducated . If there is any alternative system they cannot understand the terms or rules made by that system . But, they can make their own system which would be more effective for them .
