I was diagnosed with High BP around the year 2008. They prescribed Amodep AT 5mg once a day and was regularly taking it.
Then in 2015 I was diagnosed with Diabetes T2 and prescribed Glyciphage G1 twice a day.
After starting this medication for T2D I increased my weight from 66 to 74kgs, without even eating heavily. I used to feel lethargic and used to suffer from skin problems in genital areas etc., I also lost my sound sleep and even after sleeping for more hours, I used to never feel fresh.
Then after prolonged introspection I started to gain knowledge online. I spent 4months at home only researching online about how to get rid of medicines.
I had seen videos of Biswaroop Roy Choudhary, Jason Fang, B.M.Hegde, Veeramachineni Ramakrishna, Netflix etc.,
Then initially I stopped taking T2D medicines. My diet was no carbs, no refined oils, no sugar, no maida, no salt(desh ka namak) only rock salt, no tea or coffee with milk, only green tea or herbal tea made at home with available spices in home like Cardamom, Dalchini, Jeera etc.,
Then I started not to eat at night, I skipped Dinner completely. Instead I eat fruits.
Sometimes I drink 2pegs.
Now I am completely cured of T2D.
Then after 2 months I stopped taking medication for BP too. On medication my BP was okay, but pulse was always around 50beats per minute. My moods weren't clear. But now my pulse is normal and moods are also good.
Now I eat my food as medicine.
My food is mainly protein like eggs, fish, poultry, sprouts, oats, ragi, boiled veggies, fresh fruits, warm lemon water in the morning, green tea, nuts etc., I stopped packed foods, coffee, dinner etc.,
Now all my parameters are normal.
So, I suggest everyone to pop in a pill expecting that to cure all.
Now I take my health seriously. And eat my food as MEDICINE.
