I think that it is easy to find people like Hari Singh but people like Anil could be rarely found.If one is caught stealing ,people will first beat him severely . Then he will be handed over to police . Punishing is not the only solution. Strictness can make them absolute criminals .

Anil and Hari Singh was the characters of a fiction named “The Thief’s Story”. Anil was a thief and he learned the humanity from Hari Singh because Hari Singh new that Anil earned one rupee from daily market and Singh never complaint anything.
