Dear friend,
Kindly mark the answer as brainliest if you find it useful.

According to me people should not be discriminated on any basis whether it be religion, caste, creed or gender. Discrimination creates a sorts of divide in the society. The people who suffer discrimination feel a sense of alienation from the mainstream. They don't have access to better health care, education and basic living.

But here's one more thing to mention, RESERVATION on the basis of religion, caste or creed doesn't go anyway in providing justice to such marginalized people. RESERVATION is just a play of politicians used for their foul play and vote bank.

Hope this clears your doubt.✌
