yes, we find the perfect democracy in our modern India and as the democracy mean equality , presence of constitution, fundamental rights for members of country and many more this proves that India has the perfect democracy.

No we can't find perfect democracy in India still now as some people are still practising illegal actions. In some places we can find that people are having evil practices such as Sati, Poligamy etc. So we can say that our country is not fully democratic.
